We welcome all new members and suggest you simply turn up on any Thursday Evening at 6.00pm.(Starting May 2023) This applies to all you 16 year olds and over. Under 18’s are also welcome to come to the junior coaching sessions currently held on Saturday mornings, starting at 10.00 am. I suggest you contact our Junior Coach, Roy Henderson.   His details are on our Coaching Page, just click on it and phone.  He will have a quick chat and make sure you are invited to join the correct group to suit your experience.
